Right of withdrawal
This is a translation for your convenience. The Dutch version is the legally binding text.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you have named) received the product.
How to withdraw
Send an email to info@gethookedbyselina.com that includes:
- Your name and order number
- A statement that you are using your right of withdrawal
- The product you want to return
You can also use the model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
Returning the product
After withdrawing, send the product back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing.
You pay the return costs, unless the product arrived damaged or does not match the description.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions
Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the product
You are only liable for any loss in value of the product that results from handling it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
