Who are we?

Get Hooked is Selina's small hobby business, based in Heerhugowaard. You can reach us at info@gethookedbyselina.com.

What data do we collect?

When you place an order, we process:

• Name
• Email address
• Delivery address
• Payment method and order details

We don't store payment details (IBAN, credit card) in our own systems.

If you ask us to email you when something is back in stock, we only keep your email address, the product and your language, and use them for that one email.

What do we use your data for?

• Processing and shipping orders
• Communication about your order
• Legal obligations

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We only use functional cookies that the shop needs to work (for example, the cart). For analytics we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool without cookies that does not collect personal data.

How long we keep data

Order details are kept for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years for the accounts.

Third parties

We only share your data with third parties as far as needed to carry out your order:

• Supabase (database storage, EU region)
• Resend (sending email)
• Vercel (website hosting)
